Appointments

COVID-19 -During this difficult time we cannot offer ROUTINE face-to-face appointments with the doctors. However all requests for medical care will be triaged by a doctor and appropriate action will be taken.  This action may be;

1. A Face to Face Consultation - once the doctor speaks to the patient on phone

2. A Telephone Consultation

3. A Video Consultation over Zoom or Whats App

4. A Prescription

5. Advice or a Telephone Call from another member of the Practice Team

6. For rashes or other skin conditions you may be asked to email a photograph

please see the Home page of the website for more information.

We can reassure our patients that All URGENT matters will continue to be dealt with on the day. We will resume normal service as soon as it is safe to do so.  Thankyou to all our patients for their co-operation at this time.

If you request an urgent consultation the receptionist will ask you about the nature of this. Please give as much information as possible as this will be passed on to the doctor and enable your call to be dealt with promptly.  The receptionists are all fully trained in dealing with confidential matters and will treat your information with respect and in line with GDPR guidance.
