To try to ease congestion and to help patients get through on the phone we will book routine appointments on 3 days of the week as follows;
- Contact us on Monday to book a routine appointment for Tuesday or Wednesday
- Contact us on Wednesday to book a routine appointment for Thursday or Friday
- Contact us on Friday to book a routine appointment for Monday
Urgent appointments will be available for booking every day. These will be for patients whose medical problem requires an examination, treatment etc from the doctor on the same day. These appointments are to ensure that the sickest patients get the care they need promptly.
We thankyou for reading this notice and for your co-operation with these necessary changes.
All patients, staff and visitors must wear a mask during their time in the Health Centre, unless a exemption has been agreed with the doctor in advance. Your co-operation is appreciated as we try to keep all of our vulnerable patients safe, and protect the medical and nursing staff so they can continue to care for all of our patients.
