During this difficult time we may not be able to see most patients face-to-face, however there are many medical issues that can be dealt with over the phone, or by using Zoom, Messenger or Facetime for video consultations. If you need medical care please contact the Practice on 02871378522 - the receptionist will ask you for some information about your problem so the doctor or nurse can decide on the best way to help you. We recommend that you download Zoom onto your smart phone if you can if you are expecting a video consultation with the doctor or nurse.
If following a Telephone Consultations the doctor needs to see you face-to-face an appointment will be arranged at a suitable time in line with Covid safety regulations.
You must wear a mask during your time in the Health Centre, unless a exemption has been agreed with the doctor in advance. Your co-operation is appreciated as we try to keep all of our vulnerable patients safe, and protect the medical and nursing staff so they can continue to care for all of our patients.
